I recently submitted my first ever radiocarbon sample for AMS dating and used Beta Analytic. Before I ever shipped my sample, I reached out with questions and was responded to promptly by Account Manager Eli Sutula. In addition to being friendly, Mr. Sutula quickly produced an invoice for me to use in the grant I was writing.

Once I submitted my sample, I had contact with a few others at Beta. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and seemed to have my interests in mind. Once my sample produced results (within 10 days of my shipping the sample), I was contacted with my results and asked to reply back to confirm that I could access the portal and my results correctly.

Even after all of that, Mr. Sutula wrote again to confirm everything had gone smoothly and ask if I needed any further assistance.

At no point in the process did I feel lost or on my own. The company was fantastically helpful every step of the way.
